JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a progressive bank, is looking to add a proven and determined individual to its growing fixed income and credit platform in London. Working alongside the other sales, trading and DCM teama, this individual will join a dynamic and growing business. The role will focus on:

-          Selling Fixed Income and Credit products (Investment Grade, High Yield, Distressed, Emerging Markets, ABS and Structured Credit)

-          Selling to pension funds, insurance companies, banks, asset managers, private banks and tier 2/3 clients

-          Total coverage of the French institutional market, whilst potentially covering a number of Belgian and Luxembourg clients

-          Reporting directly into the Head of FICC Sales for EMEA

-          Being responsible for institutional growth of the French-speaking region

-          Developing client acquisition plans and product growth in the region alongside the Head of Sales and structuring teams

-          Mentoring junior members of the team

This is a great opportunity for a relevant French institutional salesperson to join a growing house in London. The candidate must have a proven background selling fixed income, credit and/or structured products to French institutional investors, and display a solid understanding of the French market. The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent product and technical structure at this bank, as well as strong management support.
